Angela Bull - Director 

Angela brings over 22 years of public sector experience, including 18 years in education-focused Human Resources. Most recently serving at Director level within a large multi-academy trust in the East of England, she has played a key role in shaping people strategy and organisational development. She also contributes to the wider education sector through active involvement in national HR networks, sharing expertise and promoting collaboration across schools and trusts.

A governor at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Ipswich for more than three years, including as Chair of Governors, Angela has provided strong leadership and effective governance, supporting the school through a successful Ofsted inspection. Passionate about Catholic education, she is committed to ensuring that faith, personal development and academic excellence remain central to decision-making, enabling both pupils and staff to thrive.

Caroline Clarke - Trust SEND Lead

Caroline Clarke is the Trust Lead SENDCo for Our Lady of Walsingham Catholic MAT, with over 33 years of experience in education. Her career has included roles such as teacher, SENDCo, headteacher, inspector and educational trainer. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Speech Sciences, an Advanced Certificate in Autism in Children, and the National SEND Accreditation, reflecting her longstanding commitment to supporting pupils with SEND.

In her current role, Caroline provides strategic leadership for SEND across the Trust, working with schools, SENDCos and governors to ensure high-quality provision and inclusive opportunities for all pupils. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, walking with her dog, sewing and crafts, and is actively involved in her local church community.
